一、 營運主體與服務定義

「閒貓電郵」(Saltycat Mailservice,以下簡稱「本服務」)是由 陞和姍科技商號 (https://shengshan.tw/) 營運之專業自訂域名電子郵件(MX)轉寄中繼服務。本服務係依據本使用使用條款(以下簡稱「本條款」)為使用者提供自訂網域進站郵件轉寄、暫存、並完美對齊 SPF/DKIM 加密安全機制之非同步路由投遞。

當您註冊、登入、付費或以任何方式開始使用本服務時,即視為您已閱讀、理解並完全同意受本條款所有細則之拘束。本服務保留隨時修改或變更本條約內容之權利,修改後條款一經於本網頁公告即時生效,不另行個別通知。

二、 暫存緩衝區與零殘留隱私保護

本服務秉持極致數據隱私保護原則,特此聲明本服務之技術架構流程:

  • 物理暫存緩衝區: 進站郵件會短暫寫入 Amazon S3 的緩衝區(`saltycat-mailservice-buffer`)以供 Lambda 轉寄引擎讀取。
  • 零留底政策(Zero-Retention): 轉寄任務投遞完成後,系統會立即從 S3 中物理刪除該原始郵件。任何未處理完成的臨時檔案,亦設有 24 小時強制自動過期刪除機制,絕不在伺服器或本機上保留任何郵件備份或內容紀錄。
  • 不讀取與分析內容: 閒貓電郵絕不讀取、儲存、分析或將您的郵件主體內容、附件與收發件人名單轉售予任何第三方。

三、 退款與取消訂閱條件 (Refund Policy)

本服務全力保障使用者權益,退款與取消訂閱均可無條件執行。

退款金額折算原則(僅退還未使用的月份):
所有的退款金額計算,均以您訂閱當時所屬方案的「標準月費」作為已使用服務費之扣除基準,退還剩餘未使用之費用。 *(註:下述計算中所提及的「標準月費 NT$ 120 元」為假設之範例數據,僅供解說說明。實際退款扣除標準將依據您具體訂閱之方案,如 Lite 體驗版、Starter 方案、Pro 方案之標準月定價核算。)*

1. 年繳方案退費範例(以假設月費 NT$ 120 元為例):
假設標準月費為 NT$ 120 元,使用者以年繳特價優惠 NT$ 1,200 元訂閱。若使用者在使用 6 個月後提出退訂與退款申請,則已使用期間之服務費按標準月費折算(6 個月 × NT$ 120 元 = NT$ 720 元)。 最終應退費金額為:已繳總額扣除已使用服務費(已繳年費 NT$ 1,200 元 - 折算服務費 NT$ 720 元 = 應退金額 NT$ 480 元)。

2. 終身方案退費範例(以假設月費 NT$ 120 元為例,預留條款):
(註:本服務目前尚未推出任何終身方案,本條文僅供未來規劃之預先載明。)
若使用者日後選擇購買一次性付費之「終身服務方案」(例如一次性繳納 NT$ 10,000 元終身費),後續若提出退款申請,亦比照該方案之標準月費(本例假設為 NT$ 120 元 / 月)折算扣除已使用的月份。 例如:使用者在使用 2 年(24 個月)後申請退款,則已使用服務費按標準月費折算為 NT$ 120 元 × 24 = NT$ 2,880 元,退還金額為已繳總額扣除已使用服務費(NT$ 10,000 元 - NT$ 2,880 元 = 應退金額 NT$ 7,120 元)。 依此折算公式,若使用年限已達 6.9 年(約 83.3 個月)以上,則不再退還任何費用

3. 退款處理天數:
當您提出退訂與退款申請並提供收款資訊後,本服務承諾於兩週內(14 個工作天)完成所有內部核銷並將剩餘款項匯回您的指定帳戶。

四、 限制使用與反垃圾郵件(Abuse)政策

您同意僅將本服務用於合法的通訊。我們對任何惡意或濫用行為採取零容忍政策

  • 嚴禁利用本服務綁定的任何域名發送或中繼垃圾郵件(Spam)、釣魚郵件、詐騙郵件、未經授權的群發行銷信。
  • 若經系統安全指標監控或外部投訴檢舉有上述濫用行為,系統管理員有權在不經通知的情況下,立即將您的帳號狀態變更為「停用 (Suspended)」,並註銷所有綁定之 AWS SES 網域與轉寄對照規則。

五、 損害賠償上限與免責聲明

1. 「現況」與無擔保原則:
您知悉並同意,本網站及本服務係依「現況」("AS-IS")及「現有」基礎提供。本服務、其經營者及陞和姍科技商號不提供任何形式之明示或默示擔保,包括但不限於所有權、適銷性、準確性、特定用途之適用性、安全性以及無侵權行為之擔保。您必須自行承擔使用本網站及本服務之所有風險。若您對本服務感到不滿,唯一且專屬的救濟手段是停止使用本服務

2. 內容與資訊之責任豁免:
本服務與您之間不具備任何信託關係或法定受託義務。本服務對於以下事項無控制權、亦無採取任何行動之義務:(1) 您在網站上存取何種內容;(2) 該內容對您產生的影響;(3) 您如何解讀或使用該內容;或 (4) 您因接觸該內容而採取的任何行動。本服務不對經由本網站存取或包含之任何內容的準確性、版權合規性、合法性或道德性負責,亦不承擔任何法律責任。

3. 賠償上限限制(以實際付出金額為限):
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內,不論其請求之法律基礎為何(包括合約違約、侵權行為、無過失責任、過失或違約擔保等),本服務、其營運主體陞和姍科技商號,對於您因使用或誤用本服務、或經由本網站購買之產品所引發之任何形式的直接、間接、附隨、特別、懲罰性、衍生性或懲罰性損害(包括但不限於人身傷害、財產損失、商務利潤損失、營業中斷、資料遺失、商譽受損或其他財產損害),其全部、累計賠償責任在任何情況下,皆不得超過該使用者已向本服務實際支付之累計服務費用總額(亦即以已收受之服務費用全額退還為絕對上限)

1. Operating Entity & Scope of Service

"Saltycat Mailservice" (operating in Chinese as "閒貓電郵", and referred to as the "Service") is a professional custom domain email forwarding and relay service operated by Sheng Shan Technology Co. (https://shengshan.tw/). The Service provides users with custom domain incoming email (MX) forwarding, transient buffering, and cryptographic SPF/DKIM alignment to enable seamless delivery to third-party destination mailboxes (primarily Gmail).

By registering, logging in, purchasing, or using any aspect of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with modified terms immediately becoming effective upon publication on this page, without individual notice.

2. S3 Transient Buffering & Zero-Retention Privacy

To ensure absolute data privacy, the technical architecture of the Service complies with the following standards:

  • Transient S3 Buffer: Incoming emails are transiently saved to an Amazon S3 bucket (`saltycat-mailservice-buffer`) to be parsed by our Lambda routing engine.
  • Zero-Retention Policy: Raw email data is permanently deleted from the S3 bucket immediately upon successful forwarding. All pending files are governed by a 24-hour expiration lifecycle rule to enforce absolute physical deletion.
  • No Content Inspection: We never read, inspect, store, harvest, analyze, or monetize your email contents, attachments, metadata, or recipient logs.

3. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We support unconditional refunds and subscription cancellations at any time.

Deduction Principle (Unused Months Only):
All refund calculations are calculated by deducting used calendar months at the **standard monthly rate of your subscribed plan**, returning the remaining unused balance. *(Note: The standard monthly fee of NT$ 120 used below is a hypothetical example for demonstration purposes only. Actual calculations will be based on the standard monthly pricing of your specific plan, i.e., Lite, Starter, or Pro.)*

1. Annual Subscription Example (Based on a hypothetical NT$ 120/month rate):
Assuming the standard monthly fee is NT$ 120, and the user subscribes under the discounted annual rate of NT$ 1,200. If the user cancels after 6 months of usage, the used 6 months will be billed at the standard rate (6 months × NT$ 120 = NT$ 720). The final refund amount will be: total paid minus used services (NT$ 1,200 - NT$ 720 = refund amount of NT$ 480).

2. Lifetime Subscription Example (Based on a hypothetical NT$ 120/month rate, preemptive clause):
(Note: We currently do not offer any Lifetime plan. This clause is preemptively included for future planning.)
In the event that a lifetime subscription is purchased for a one-time fee (e.g., NT$ 10,000), any subsequent refund requests will also be calculated by deducting used months at the standard monthly rate of that plan (hypothetically NT$ 120 / month). For example, if a user cancels after 2 years (24 months) of usage, the deducted service fee is NT$ 120 × 24 = NT$ 2,880. The refund is: total paid minus used services (NT$ 10,000 - NT$ 2,880 = refund amount of NT$ 7,120). Under this formula, no refund will be issued if the service has been used for 6.9 years (approx. 83.3 months) or more.

3. Refund Processing Window:
All approved refund operations will be fully processed and returned to your specified payment account within two weeks (14 business days) from the date of the written refund request.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam (Abuse)

You agree to use the Service strictly for lawful communications. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against abuse:

  • Sending or relaying unsolicited spam, bulk marketing campaigns, phishing, fraudulent scams, or other illegal materials using domains registered on our platform is strictly prohibited.
  • If abuse is detected or reported, the system administrator reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, delete all custom domain SES identities, and purge routing rules without prior warning.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

1. "AS-IS" and No Warranty Basis:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SECURITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICES.

2. No Fiduciary Duty & Content Disclaimer:
THE SERVICE AND ITS OPERATING ENTITY, SHENG SHAN TECHNOLOGY CO., HAVE NO SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH OR FIDUCIARY DUTY TO YOU. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER AND HAVE NO DUTY TO TAKE ANY ACTION REGARDING: (1) WHAT CONTENT YOU ACCESS ON THE WEBSITE; (2) HOW THE CONTENT MAY AFFECT YOU; (3) HOW YOU INTERPRET OR USE THE CONTENT; (4) OR WHAT ACTIONS YOU TAKE HAVING BEEN EXPOSED TO THE CONTENT. THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE ACCURACY, COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE, LEGALITY, OR DECENCY OF MATERIAL CONTAINED IN OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE WEBSITE.

3. Liability Capped at Fees Paid:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE, ITS OPERATORS, AND SHENG SHAN TECHNOLOGY CO. WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER IN WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT, OR NEGLIGENCE, FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS, INJURIES, JUDGMENTS, COSTS, OR LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INCOME, SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE CUMULATIVE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY THE USER TO THE SERVICE (I.E., CAPPED STRICTLY AT A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNTS RECEIVED FROM THE USER).
